What’s Included in Post-Construction/ Renovation Cleaning
General Areas
We HEPA‑vacuum every floor, ledge, corner, and baseboard; clear drywall dust from trim, vents, switches, and window sills; wipe doors, hardware, and reachable light fixtures; clean interior windows, sills, and tracks; and spot‑treat walls for paint splatter or adhesive residue—leaving the space truly move‑in ready.
Bathrooms
We sanitize sinks, tubs, toilets, showers, and tile surfaces; clean vanities, mirrors, and cabinet interiors; polish fixtures while removing grout haze or silicone smudges; and finish with precise floor mopping and corner detailing for a spotless, hygienic finish.
Utility & Storage Spaces
We dry‑vacuum unfinished utility rooms and storage areas, then wipe down laundry‑machine tops, shelving, and vents for a clean, dust‑free finish.
Kitchen
We surface‑clean and disinfect all countertops and backsplashes, wipe cabinet and drawer interiors and exteriors, clean appliance exteriors (interiors upon request), polish the sink and faucet, and wash the floor—including the area beneath accessible appliances—for a kitchen that gleams from top to bottom.
Bedrooms & Living Areas
We remove dust from every accessible surface, vacuum and wipe closet interiors, clean baseboards, vents, and switches, detail interior windows and tracks, and finish with wall‑to‑wall vacuuming and mopping for a thoroughly refreshed space.
Optional Add-Ons
We offer thorough carpet shampooing or targeted spot treatments, detailed interior cleaning for appliances such as refrigerators and ovens, meticulous wall washing and scuff removal, complete garage or balcony clean‑ups, and optional ozonation / air‑purification services for a fresher, healthier environment.
Note: We do not remove construction waste. Please ensure bins are on-site and large materials are cleared prior to service. Windows and cabinets are cleaned within three-step ladder reach.

Yes. We use non-abrasive, pH-balanced products safe for marble, quartz, matte finishes, glass, tile, and wood. Our team is trained to avoid damaging sensitive or curing materials.
Do you remove construction debris or haul garbage?
No — our service begins after construction waste has been removed. Please ensure bins are available on-site if needed.
Are you insured and WCB-covered?
Absolutely. Our entire team is background-checked, insured, bonded, and covered by WCB. Your property is fully protected in our care.
How do I get a time estimate? Can you walk the site before quoting?
Absolutely. We offer both virtual and in-person walkthroughs to assess your space, finishing materials, and level of post-construction dust. From there, we’ll provide a clear time estimate based on the number of labour hours required — so there are no surprises. We’ll also walk you through what’s included and recommend any add-ons based on your goals.
